With the exception of areas which may be considered unsafe or extremely remote and therefore inaccessible FiMiLocal offers island wide delivery services.

8. How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, however most deliveries will be completed the same day once the order is placed within reasonable time. Mitigating factors that may delay your deliver include severe weather, public holidays, weekends etc.

We deliver directly to your door at the delivery address that you provide during checkout.

14. What happens if the product I received is damaged?

If you received a product that is damaged or unfit, you may return the item for an exchange or refund according to the vendor’s policies. However the delivery cost for returning the item is your responsibility. Please see our return policy Here.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped, the cancel order button will be visible on your orders page.
